I really need to find a past legal issue in which somebody was arrested for a dwi, but infact was not seen driving the car. I believe I am looking for a seeing a past court case in which the same occured, but the person accused was set free due to lack of evidence.

We have the Clerk of County Courts and also a state court website in Florida. Most states have a local source similar and counties are catching up.

Try searching with your state/county and court and maybe clerk in the search criteria.

It all depends...Does you state/county have a online source..GA has OJS...perhaps that is on a larger scale...do some googling and you may get what you need.

If you can get it, access WestLaw or Lexis Nexis, if you go to your local college with a law program, they usually have it.
