I Dont Like Homeless Person....?

2007-12-17 01:40:42 · answer #1 · answered by dharamveer S 2 · 0 0

I do not look like a homeless person. I have more than enough to eat and wear. However, you, for whatever reason, brought up an interesting subject. What are we doing for people this season who are less fortunate than us? Think about it. If you are afraid or too shy to deal directly with a homeless person, consider making a donation to your local church, the Salvation army, or through any organization that helps other people. You don't have to look far to find somebody to help.

Not at the moment. Have seen days when I could easily pass as a homeless person. Especially when digging in the garden.

Cheers!

well, im sitting at home, so not really. I suppose maybe if i were sitting on the street.

in all seriousness though, i dont think this is a very fair statement. Homeless people dont always look dirty and ragged...

did you know that 20% of homeless people actually have jobs? You could go to work or school with someone and not know that they do not have a house to go home to. Its sad, really, if you just consider it for a moment.

When I don't shave for a few days and wore the worst clothes I own, yeah I think I could manage it. Right now, I think I could pull it off. When I go downtown I purposefully try not to dress too fancy to not stand out and risk getting robbed or something.

But I probably have exponentially more money than anyone else my age that I know.

Only till I find which suitcase I put my hairbrush into. After that I will be cleaned up well and pass for a non-homeless.
