Dear Sister;
I do have peace in my heart. I just got back from going to church and then going to the Gym. I had a good church service and hear a good sermon. I then went and ran 5 miles. I am eating lunch and then The wonder dog and I are going for a walk, Life is good.
I do the things that make me happy and I find the peace to get thru, I am in the process of letting go my anger at the people who feel a need to hit the report button if they see the word Buk on the board.
Breath Let it go Breath let it go.

I have a burden in my heart this fine Sunday. I have given it over to God; cause, once again this human cannot handle it alone. I got me a RED FLAG flying and I don't know why or what it is about...but, I have to dismiss it soon.

I totally have peace in my heart and mind. I wish I could say the same for my relative and my neighbor -- they're feeling very betrayed.
