I guess it would depend on the context. If he was talking about several senators, referring to Senator Smith and Senator Jones for example, then referred to Clinton as "Mrs. Clinton", then Will would be disrespectful.

Huh, after reading this question, the first thing that came to mind is that what George Will is NOT calling Sen. Clinton would be nothing compared to what I would call her if I got the oppurtunity.
No feelings of inferiority here either bud.

No, he's probably not using her title because she is not a working senator. Since her election she has spent the majority of time either raising funds for other Democrats and herself or campaigning for President, instead of representing the people of NY as she was elected to do. Many senators on both sides of the aisle have been true statesmen, representing their constituents. Hillary has not. She is not worthy of the title of Senator, Mr. Will realizes it, and addresses her accordingly.

You mean like the mainstream media refers to the President as Mr. Bush?

It could be worse...they could refer to her as the She-devil.

no, it means she doesnt deserve the respect of a senator as she bought her way in and is preparing to screw this country again and i wholeheartedly agree with him.
