Simple: Anybody who isn't currently, or who isn't promised to be a part of it in the future. The problem is, who is part of it currently, is too powerful and can control everybody else ("the masses" or the sheep). If somebody powerful, part of that elite would turn against it, things would surely change in the government, thus being it a less dishonest group. But corporations and big interests are too busy making lots of money with the government's blessing. IMO, the only way to attack the present elitism is that middle-class Americans started a massive emigration movement, to countries less corrupt and which offer better economic opportunities, even "third world" economies, where the knowledge and know-how of Americans could always be welcome.

So, responding to the question, I AM AGAINST IT, BECAUSE I'M NOT A PART OF IT, SIMPLE!

Elitism? You mean, like do away with reward and punishment? If you make the wrong decisions in life you should still be rewarded as if you'd made the right decision? Ours is a capitalist society -- not a socialist.
My wife's ex is a truck driver. He had a job pulling $120K with a great benefits package. His wife is a drop out with at least two kids from different men. She pitched a fit and he quit his job. They should live in my house (4 bedrooms, 2 baths, etc., on 10 acres) or something of comparable value? I hear all too often comments about "affordable housing" and the "healthcare crisis." Affordable for whom? My average electric bill is over $500 a month. I can afford this. Should I be forced to live next to my wife's ex in their little slum so as to not offend? What happened to working toward, EARNING and being REWARDED because you DESERVED what you'd worked for?
