Yes, he's very under rated, just think how great the Phoenix Suns would be now if they kept him, they might have won a NBA Title by now.

He is underrated but the most underrated would go to Chris Paul or Josh Howard IMO. Chris Paul is a 21-10 guy and is getting absolutely no love, he has a mediocre team in the West with a great record but yet Nash is still getting all the all-star love, its ridiculous.

Joe Johnson honestly merits a nod to the all enormous call game by using the voters. He in all probability would be nowhere close to the right 2 in votes, yet he gets a nod by using the coaches for optimistic. he's like Antawn Jamison and Caron Butler final 12 months who had large years for the Wizards yet weren't even on the component of having voted in, however the coaches gave them the two the nod, so do not subject, he gets it, and maximum in all probability Caron and Antawn won't make the team this 12 months.

The problem with Joe Johnson is inconsistency. One night he shots 50% from the field that totals to 28 points, 6 assists and 8 boards. Then the next night he goes 4-14 from the field with 3 rebounds and 4 assists.

Id say chris paul is i mean he is scorin and assistin and layin it up and bringin his team together to win games but he is not even in consideration yet for going to the Allstar Game on nba.com polls so I mean itd be him but Joe Johnson is very talented but even wit the Phoenix suns he didnt get the credit he deserved so hes underated 2 but the most underrated would be Chris Paul

I agree that he is underated, probably on of the most in the league. He is a star shooter from 3 range and is very consistent. I would say him or either Rudy Gay or Jason Kapono.

How can someone be an"underrated superstar"? If you're considered a superstar, you're no longer underrated.

no. he's inconsistent that is why he doesn't get to the top of people's lists. one game he'd hit 6 threes and score 35 points, the next he'll go for 8 points on 2-for-11 shooting.

he's really streaky and he whines about the "lack of talent" on the team.. but the Hawks are right up there in the playoff hunt, even though its early. Josh Smith is the real star on that team.
