I have 100 gumball machines. The plastic kind for kids...give me some ideas of what to do with them...something charitable

Shelters, get hold of the local woman's abuse shelter. they always have kids there that could use something to cheer them and get their mids off their troubles. Or you could don;ate them to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign

Fill them with gumballs and auction them off, or fill them with gumballs, put them in some sort of public place, and give all of the money you earn from people getting gum to a charity of your choice.

Hmm... trying to think of round candies and not just disc-shaped candies... Little jawbreaker candies, chocolate-covered berries, Whoppers, Lemonheads, Sixlets, or those little round cherry sours.

You could donate them to the Salvation Army, Goodwill... or call the local hospital's fundraising arm and see if they have use for them.

put resses in it or gum or little tiny toys and that kinda jazz but make sure to put resse if they like it.
