i drink about 2 cups every morning, and once in awhile i'll have a cup after supper.

I'm about the same as you. I don't know if it's too much, but any less makes me feel a little deprived. I'd say we're just about right! Love the new Christmas flavored coffees after dinner!

I drink 3 sometimes 4 cups a day. A regular size cup not one that measures when cooking a perfect 1 cup measurement. Too much, maybe, but I'm addicted to caffeine. If I go without coffee for 2 straight days I get tremendous headaches.

I used to - I was drinking it because people would offer at work and I would always say yes but got fed up with the taste of it after a while. I read somewhere that you shouldn't have more than 4 cups a day and decided to stick to that - have been doing so for a couple of years now - if I've reached my quota I drink water instead - the coffee tastes much nicer now I'm not overdoing it.

Usually I just drink tea, and even then I can over do it. At work I sometimes just keep refilling, maybe four or five 16 oz cups of coffee. And that is definitely too much. But it doesn't really bother me until I try to go to sleep and it just isn't happening.

I drink two in the morning, 2-3 when I get home, and 1-2 after dinner.

I drink 1to 2 cups in the morning. Than I sometimes have a cup in the evening.

I have 5-6 cups a day maybe even late at night, love me coffee, dont know how much is too much but id say once you werent drinking it all day, it be okay.
