Hi, I apologise for asking this question, but my partner is 44 and up until recently, whenever we had sex would always last for at least an hour before climaxing. The same goes for whenever I gave him oral sex. We split up for a while and didn't have sex, but have recently got back together (after a months' break) and have had sex about 4 times since then (it's been once a week because we've both been busy). Anyway since we started sleeping together again he's only been 'lasting' around 15 minutes. This is actual intercourse, although there has been quite a bit of foreplay (rubbing, touching etc) beforehand lasting about 15-30 minutes. He's embarrassed by what he percieves as him coming quickly whereas I'm not bothered, but is there anything he can do to get back his 'sexual stamina', and what has caused him to suddenly start coming more quickly?

It could be one of two things, nerves or age.
He's starting to get to the point in his life when he might not last as long and might even have to start taking medication.
The other, more likely option, is that it's mental. Having taken a break from your relationship recently could make him nervous about where you stand now, and this could definitely interfere with your sex life.
Just give him some time, reassure him of the stability of your relationship (without him knowing you're doing so). Eventually, this mental block will fade away and your sex life will resume it's normal habits.
Hope this helps!

You must employing edging/the 'discontinue and go' process. Once I do masturbate i will bring myself to ejaculate inside a couple of minutes or shorter if I wanted to however i utterly apply edging which is working myself near to climax and then "cooling down"/slowing down after which continue this. Accordingly why on traditional i masturbate for over an hour and possibly even two. Your climax issues are seemingly considering the fact that hat you follow to ejaculate as quickly as feasible and as they say apply makes ultimate. Your physique or penis has end up conversant in releasing as soon as possible. Additionally if you already know you could have this main issue take your time in mattress from the outset instead of waiting till you are already too far long gone. If she is an working out woman then talk to her aout it and give you solutions collectively so tht each of you revel in your experience.

Frequency is the most common cause of premature climax among men. The more often he has sex the more time it takes him to reach a climax as a general rule. There are those that pop their cork at the mere subject.

I wish I had his problem lol, for me it seems to take forever no matter who she is.
The thing about sex is as you do it more and more the sensation usually becomes a little more minimized the more often you do it. Give him some time and a little more often sessions and everything should fix itself.
