I have a constant drip from my extractor fan - not fun being dripped on when you have to go to the loo. I have taken the fan apart and cleaned it but still getting this drip.

Could be a couple of things.
If the fan vent pipe is run through a cold space & it is blocked,
could just be condensation of the warm moist air from the bathroom hitting the cold vent & collecting there.
Possibly.a leak from somewhere else travelling along the ventpipe.
A no cost thing to do would be to use a leaf blower to clear the vent & see what happens before calling in a service.
I blow out the dryer & bath vents when birds get in & the lint that comes out is damp ....so maybe that's it?
Best regards
