krs1 or boogie down production kicked alot of true knowledge help gain an interest in black history and become more political minded and more awareness of safe sex .you should look him up prefably songs ( you must learn , black cop,my philosophy,loves gonna get ya, it's jimmy, bo bo bo. just to name a few most of the rap now days has no substance the rappers today are not versitile like how he is except a few were they can rap about different serious topics seriously .

Vanilla Ice changed my life forever.
I now where white white pants and a white sports jacket.
I have grown my fringe and bleached it and bought an old 5.0 litre Mustang I am so cool. Yea right!

i agree with lee williams.. a rapper has never done anything to my life, i just like the music.
but the rappers go thru alot to just get a album out.. like pimp c who died recently

People who can't sing.Talking their lyrics yet calling it song. ???? Made me really not like rap. It's an insult to the great artists of past and present.

i dont rely on anyone to change my life. only I can rely on myself on changing my life.
