Your integral is not elementary. That means it
cannot be expressed as a finite combination
of algebraic functions, exponentials,
trig functions or logarithms.
I ran it through the Wolfram integrator and that
couldn't find a formula for it.

Do you mean (cos^2(x))/tan(x) ?

(cos(x^2))/tan(x) has no elementary antiderivative.
