when will the ipod touch have games and will it be an update?

You can log onto the iPhone part of apple.com. That has games, and i think they will work on the Touch too. Otherwise there will be an update within the next few months allowing people to write code and make apps (including games) on the iPhone and the iPod touch.

If iPod touch will have games, it won't be this 1st gen. But you can already use 'Web Apps', but you can use these apps only if you're connected to Internet.
