The Bus Station and Train station are in the same place, so I guess both.
But before I reach there, I have to pass by two night clubs, a porno store, an alleged witch house, and many other facilities. Pleasant neighborhood, eh?!

Hi Jordan D If there is no traffic and if you are in a rush, take a cab. Cost is about 40 € and time less than 30 minutes. To do that : before 7:00am or after 8pm Between 10 am and 3pm, it would also be OK. Other than that take the Air France Bus (this is what locals do) 20€ roundtrip. It is fast, secure and regular (every 13 minutes). From Arc de Triomphe (last stop) take a cab for 5 minutes (10 mn if traffic) to St Lazare station. Do not take the RER, it will be way too long, unless you are 100% sure that it is rush hour AND there is a snow storm. I have been living in Paris for more than 20 years.....

It's a toss up between the bus station and the airport. They're both about 10 to 12 miles away in differant directions.
