Well, the most obvious and probably most reliable sign is usually missing your period, but it's not a guarantee that you're pregnant. I would wait a few more days and try testing again, sometimes it takes awhile for the hormones to be high enough that it will read on an at-home-test. Since I'm assuming you're an army wife, just go up to the hospital and take and ask them for a test, there's less risk of human error (didn't pee on the stick long enough or whatever) plus it's free and they're going to want you to take one there anyway.

Other classic signs of pregnancy (which I didn't have any signs other than a late period until I was about 8 weeks pregnant with both pregnancies) include: nausea, sensitity to smells, vomiting, fatigue, frequent urination, tender or swollen breasts, and sometimes implantation bleeding (spotting about a week after conception).
Good luck! I got pregnant both times right after my husband got back from deployments, it's a very very very fertile time (plus all the sex doesn't hurt either, lol)

Well I am sure your glad your husband is home, I know exactly how you feel when mine comes home from deployments. Typical signs are:
Tender, swollen breasts, Fatigue, Implantation bleeding,
Nausea or vomiting, Increased sensitivity to odors, Abdominal bloating, Frequent urination, A missed period, Your basal body temperature stays high, A positive home pregnancy test
Your body could just be adjusting to everything all over again.
I know that your probably excited about him coming home. Being a military wife of 5 1/2 yrs I know exactly how it feels. Best of luck to you and your husband!!!
