I throw 'em with quips like, "Can we reverse
roles now, I rather feel like doodling in a
notebook while pretending to care."

And, "I'd asked my imaginary therapist for
a second opinion but all I got was silence."

Half the time these therapists need therapists of their own so I am not concerned....
