Is WWE RAW doing better or working it's self into a hole?

Question

I can't really decide. One week, Kennedy vs. Michaels is highlited as the top feud, and rightfully. The next week, I see something about Hornswoggle for at least 20 minutes of the 2 hour show. This past week, they basically threw sh*t at the wall, and what stuck was ran with.

Is the WWE's flagship program going down the tube?

How come they're showing ZERO interest in the Flair retirement angle? It wasn't even mentioned during his last match.

It gets a little better at times but then gets worse again. They can't seem to put a streak of good shows together. Its like a good show, followed by an ok show and then a bad show. I can't really say its getting better until they have 5 or 10 good shows in a row.

WWE Raw is digging a grave for itself and decoratign it too.They finally give a ladder match but they keep sticking to the boring storylines.I guess they are trying to bring the new talent and let the crowd see them but they dont bring that much interest.Also the feuds with theses titles are not as interesting.Hornswoggle is entertaining little fella but if they are going to bring him out to the ring and wrestle then why doesnt WWE bring back the junior division back?

hopefully it gets better. they've finally got a 4.4 cable rating..something they havent had in about 7 years. hopefully they can gain the momentum to finally put on a decent show tomorrow night without the help of the legends...
