I have a 22" monitor the font size is tiny. Is there a way to increase the size?

If you want to keep the high resolution, click "Start" then click "Run" Type "control desktop" and click "OK" When "Display Properties" appear, click on "Appearance" tab. Click on "Font Size", and select the size.
If you want everything to look bigger, goto "Settings" tab, and adjust Screen Resolution.
I recommend to adjust screen resolution.

Select a lower screen resolution in Control Panel -Appearances & Themes - Change the Screen Resolution.
