What goes through a men's skull when he views a female(general) for example crying during the movie"Titanic"when "Jack"lets go and drowns/she doesn't gets HER way/loses an arguement/didn't get what she wanted/on her period/ETC. What do men think of women who get emotional/cries easily over simple (sometimes stupid)things????

depends on the man and if he is secure in himself, understanding, and compassionate he may understand that some women are like this, and he may try to comfort her, if he is immature, uncaring, has no compassion for others he will probably find fault with her and reject her. if a man truly loves his woman he will accept all of her just the way she is.

I'm assuming the employees you're speaking of are on the younger side. Under 25? This generation cries more easily than the previous. Personal things, like family troubles, are not kept private the way we used to. They broadcast all their thoughts and emotions on all social media sites. This generation wasn't raised in a society that bottles things up. And there's a no "shame" trend. They don't see crying or spewing emotions as something shameful.

Some think that such chicks are too emotional and not good dating material (emotionally high maintenance).

Some emotion from women is expected, but to cry at every little thing gets tedious to be around.

I think she needs to grow up. I can see shedding a tear over a movie but not because she loses an argument. There are times for tears but not for every little thing.

My first girl friend was one who cried at soap operas, weddings, broken finger nails, and to tell you the truth. I loved it! I mean it's great to have a girl who isn't an emotional rock. Girl, I loved to have my shoulder used as a crying post! It's almost always led to smooching afterward! Ah regrets, regrets!

Depends on the man.. We are not all the same.. My wife cries easily.. I'm used to it.. I think nothing.. It's who she is.. Except who you are and don;'t worry about what "men" think. Cannot pigeon hole the whole male species..

They feel very uneasy and overwhelmed. And frustrated. And trapped. And vulnerable.

And we all hate that...
