I don't.
When I do things for others I try to do them "unconditionally" or not at all, it completely eliminates the need to worry about weather or not someone is taking advantage of me.
If I am not seeking anything in return, then they cannot possibly take take advantage of me........thus the reason behind doing things without seeking any type of retribution or recognition.
It works great for me, and if I ever feel that I am not going to be able to "do" something unconditionally?
Like...... I mentioned above, I just opt out and don't do it at all, it is a very simplified way of "operating".

If 5 persons take advantage of my kindness( If i do have some.) and 1 is NOT taking advantage , I'll continue as i am .I do not want to miss this ONE person.

it is not easy to be sure, someone can be good actrist/actor.. I think , there is just one thing to do, not living for others eyes, just doing fever for urself and for the Person greater than u, so than u wont be sad anymore and wont think what others say or think about u

by being careful...i dont be too kind to those who will take advantage of me...instead ill do somethign small to help them and go...and then im free whooooo!

you just have to take a chance, everyone is capable of it!!
if you notice they only call you when they need something, then its time to open your eyes a bit and put your foot down!!
