How do you get a pen pal? The thing where u write to someone u dont know

i used to see wrestling magazines in which people ask
for pen palls. obviously there are other sources.
best bet, check with the library, somone there would
know.

maybe you can go onto an internet site and put pen pals and send a letter i guess.
