For each of the 8 days have a little gift wrapped in blue and silver flat boxes. Anything pointing up towards god is Christianity.
After lighting the candles and saying the prayer open one of the gifts each night. Have all the little gifts around he menorah on a table which is all decorated in blue and silver.
You could have your table with the candle decorated in blue and silver and on the backs of each chair create a cover for the chair with pocket on the backs that you can fill with your gifts. Each of the 8 nights you can open one after prayer.
Why don't you make an advent ca lander for eight days where you can put a little present in it. On each pocket put a Jewish symbol (IE. Menorah, dredle, Star of david...)

There's nothing particularly Christian about stockings! I wonder if there are any places, maybe on the Web, that have stockings with Stars of David on them or dreidels or other Jewish symbols.
When I was a kid we got big plastic dreidels, like 12" high, which were hollow. Inside they were filled with candy and nuts.
Chaunukah is over, of course, but the traditional gift is money ('Chanukah gelt'). We often used to get those foil-covered chocolate coins from our grandparents. That was something I looked forward to every year. (They gave us real money too, but we didn't get it in our hands, it went into an account for college. 8^< )

I'm thinking it would be more appropriate to do something like that during Hanukkah. Not a Christmas stocking, tho'.

instead of stockings, you could do decorated tote bags, and fill those with stocking, or bag, stuffers.
i hope that helps. (:
