Why I cannot learn camputer?

Why I cannot work very good whit computer and why I cannot learn to use internet very well? fore example when I read yahoomassenger I dont know the meaning of many many of words .

It takes time. Use an online dictionary to assist you. We have a phrase, "Practice makes perfect."

Just keep reading answers and asking questions. It's the way most of us learned.

Take a class. You can often find free adult courses through the public school system.
