Zinc is an element, which means that it cannot be created artificially (except via certain exotic nuclear reactions which have no economic significance). It is mined much like any other metal.

Zinc is much to reactive a metal to occur free in nature. Any inorganic textbook, or Wikipedia, will tell you which ores it occurs in and how it is separated from the ore.

But if "natural", means "occurring in naturally formed compounds", obviously yes.
