so its a nor-easter here in Boston and im going stir crazy in my house...im stuck in the house and my street hasnt been plowed so im stuck here for the day...i need some ideas of things to do before i go totally nuts...i wrapped all my xmass presents, i watched some movies and im watchin the pats game..what else is there to do on a snowy messy day? what are YOU doin during this winter wonderland?

Are you into photography? Just after a hard snowfall (I live on lake ontario, hello lake effect!) everything looks so pretty when it is newly covered with heavy snow. Get some good boots on and trek out. Even if you can't drive, walk to a park or find a but of nature in your backyard. If you can't get somewhere rural even pics from the city streets of people or children playing can be beautiful. I just use my digital, and they come out nice when I try the black and white mode. Otherwise sometimes, yes and I am grown I call a few young hearted friends and go sledding. Or I shovel out my elderly neighbors and make sure they don't need anything from the store. Or you could always stay inside and organize a closet or something, but that doesn't sounds as much fun.
Rent a movie and curl up with some cocoa. Hope this cures some boredom!

Well, I'm planning on making Italian-style Wedding Soup & I'm also going to start make the dough for my delicious Christmas Cookies!! I hate the cold & will do almost anything to stay inside!! Have a great day!!

cook a meal. make sauce if you have the things on hand than you can freeze them. make cookies and such. play games on yahoo. website like i do., the kids games are fun and i am 50 i is something to do. take a nap if you have a peaceful home. when you feel up to it and you can go outside and play in the snow and make snow angels. call someone on the phone . nag your mate or family allday lol.

Stay in next to your favorite guy, eat sushi, and make sexual history until the spring thaw! These days are tailor-made for such things. Happy Holidays

Go snowshoeing, hking, window shopping etc.
Bundle up and enjoy it. I live in Chicago.. wetry to make the most of the weather here!
