I would say no. If you drop a pound or two while taking a pill I would say it's mostly water loss. I have been trying to lose weight for more than 20 years. No pill will work. To lose weight it's good old hard work (exercise) and healthy eating with smaller portions. Sorry. If anyone else ever finds the cure I sure would like to know about it. Good luck.

I take a prenatal vitamin although I've never been pregnant (I have checked with my doctor before taking it to see if it was ok) for 7 years but never found that it helped me lose any weight. There may be products out there that also include something like Green Tea that can help with weight loss. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

Cranberry nutrients are excellent to your urinary process. If you happen to get prevalent UTIs, they are just right to take. As for the other query... Why are you taking so many anyway? Just take a multivitamin. Be joyful together with your physique... Excersize alternatively of taking all those silly drugs.
