would it be ok to have 1 dwarf gourami 2 mickey mouse platies and 4 neon tetras in one tank?

All those fish are compatible, though the neons prefer shoals of larger numbers, say around 8. The minimum size tank you would need a 10 gallon if you only have four neons, You might want to increase to a 15 gallon so you can have a larger shoal.
I have a similar tank, I have a 20 gallon with 2 dwarf gouramis, 8 neons, and an apple snail.

No, the only fish that would be OK in there are the platys. You can put a betta, some rasboras, some shrimp, or some snails in there, but only about 8 inches of whatever and if you put the betta in you have to watch that he doesn't get aggressive. The smaller the tank, the more likely you will see aggression. The one gallon one inch rule is NOT accurate in many instances, including in a 10. The small tanks are not good homes for most fish, even small ones, because they don't have enough dissolved oxygen and you can't do anything about that except get a larger tank. That selection of fish is fine together but maybe a bit too many for a 10 gallon tank. Make sure the platies are males or you'll have a really overcrowded tank very quickly with new fry being born.

ya it would be. Guamis arent visious and won't bug the neon tetraswhch are too fast anyway. It sounds like a really interesting tank can u post a pic plz.

what size tank?? i wouldn't attempt that in any less than 15 US gallons and neons should be kept in groups of 6 or more, they're active and need space to swim.

lol i burst out laughing at the title of this question! is there really such a thing as a mickey mouse fish? yeah itd probably be ok. im sure they wouldnt kill each other.
