I have been having trouble coming up with analogies for a cell as if it were a Movie Theatre. Primarily because the information I was given on the subject minimally helps me understand how a cell could be like a Movie Theatre. Listed below are the specific cell parts I need to come up with analogies for. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Plasma Membrane
Cytoskelton
Golgi Apparatus
Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum
Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum
Mitochondria
Lysosomes
Cytoplasm
Ribosomes
Vacuoles
Nucleus

Someone on yahoo answers recently needed to compare it to a baseball field. Are the teachers out there getting a little odd?
Ask your teacher if you can make an analogy with a jet engine or nuclear reactor .
I seriously think that you would be further ahead just recognizing each organelle, know it's location in the cell,
and memorize the function of each...it's not that difficult.
