So I could tell him to make it state law that all tractor trailers have diesel generators so the trucks don't have to idle all night wasting fuel and polluting to keep their heat on.
I would tell him to get to people who'll listen and tell them pilots should install oxygen mask overrides, and depressurize the plane when terrorists attack, (not all the way, just so they go to sleep like in The Langoliers).
