My husband and I parked in the car park in our town, I was still sitting in the car waiting for him to go get a ticket when the warden came over to have a look at our car, we passed her coming in for goodness sake! no I don't think they have a tracker on your car, they have one on every car lol

I once had a parking ticket and i went to carlisle council to pay it, I parked in the council offices pay car park and i got a ticket and stuck to the inside glass... after i came out i saw a traffic warden walking away from my car and i noticed that yellow plastic parking ticket cover stuck to the windscreen... I even showed him the car park ticket which had fallen of the windscreen and landed upside down on the dash.... He just didn't want to know and i had to go through the whole procedure of contesting it which took months.. I was furious at the time..
However to cheer you up..
A man parked his vehicle in a disabled parking bay and a traffic warden came across and said "Oi What's Your Disability"?
The man replied "Tourretts... You C***, Now F*** Off"...

I park wherever I like , double yellows etc and have never had a ticket.
