Once our last name was misspelled in the PHONE BOOK. Every time we'd get a phone call and someone used that funny name, we'd know instantly that it was a telephone solcitor. hahah.
I stupidly transposed my house number on my drivers license application and I still can't get the state to fix it, 2 years later.

Yes, my first name is two names put together. Everyone wants to seperate them and make the last part a middle name. VERY annoying!!
People even want to spell my nick name wrong all the time.
I get: Sherri, Sheri, Sherry (I'm not a bottle of wine), Shery, Shary, Sharry, Cheri, Cherri, Cherry, (no, I'm not a berry, either)
My maiden name was often mispelled when I was young. Now, I still use my late husbands name and never have that problem anymore, it's only four letters.

Gob/Jobe isn't a attractiveness i've got ever heard of. as quickly as I first examine "gob" I reported it with the "g" sound and theory-approximately "gobstoppers" candy or a gob being a mouth. once you're thinking of a j sound and long o, it quite is spelled "interest" interior the Bible, yet i will make certain the place that must be a difficulty, too, by fact people might say "interest" with the quick o. All in all, i think of there are greater perfect possibilities obtainable. This one has too many conceivable pitfalls, fairly once you're worried approximately him getting picked on in college. i do no longer additionally be attentive to the place you're going with the lady's call- Desera. i'm no longer even specific the thank you to pronounce it, and that i do no longer think of maximum different persons might the two. %. a attractiveness that folk have heard in the previous!

My life.
The hospital spelled my name wrong
when I was born. It is a totally different
name then the one my Mother wanted
me you have. My Parents never got
it corrected. At thirteen I thought about
getting it changed. But a family member
told me I should keep the name,
because I was probably the only
person in the World who had it.
So now I feel like I have no name. :-I

My last name being Biggs, it's often mis-spelled. Mostly like Bigs. But I've seen some pretty weird ways of people spelling it.
