It depends on how their society is arranged. An insect race wouldn't, as only a Queen would be able to reproduce. Certain mammals do mate for life but most of them have a limited emotional range. A species like ours (family-unit based designed to work/ hunt together to protect offspring) are as likely to fall in love as we are.

Yes. Now, the real question is: do humans love? But really do they love. Most of them don't know what love is, they think it is some kind of attachement and they eat one another untill they split. Some call it love, I call it prison.

No. they are so biologically advanced they usually just let their bodies clone them selves. But they do share a drink or two at intergalactic taverns.
