I find that most shows that deal with such things are full of it. It's more about the shock factor then anything else. Those shows really anger me, I don't watch them anymore. Half the time it's just people scaring themselves and close up camera shots in the dark of their faces.. If there are ghosts and stuff, they don't want to be on TV and they're not going to follow a filming schedule.

You assume in your question that the spooks are the source of energy for both of these separate incidents.
Perhaps the spooks aren't helping him move the glass and the stone was their being mad at him. The glass may have barely moved (if it did) because this was him using his own psychokinesis ability. Perhaps the stone was thrown by collective PK of an upset team and the glass stopped from moving via this same source of energy.
One can certainly demonstrate exceptional abilities under controlled conditions in repeated trials but one can't claim the same energy source for another demonstration of a different ability when the energy source of the first demonstration is still an unknown.
Of course this all supposes that trick photography and faked activity can be reasonably eliminated.

sadly, most of the time on these shows, real ghosts/spirits never show up, because when your actively looking for a ghost, you'll more than likely not see one.
it has to do with your mental processes at the time, when your fully alert (as when looking for a ghost) your more closed off to their plane/space....but when your just mindlessly going about your business, you spot them out of the corner of your eye and stuff.
most of the time spirits have no intention of hurting us anyhow, so the stone throwing stuff is probably just some guy off to the side, like the sound man or someone.

All I know is that if I were a ghost and those dunder heads showed up, I'd use something a much bigger than a stone to hit them with!

Because this is TV, and it all is a bunch of baloney. Ghosts don't go around throwing stones anywhere except on these shows. And trust me. It is not ghosts throwing the stones.

kristy....That's a good question!!! (you get a star!)LOL....I think it's because "spooks" do whatever they want to do...especially when they know people are trying to MAKE them do things. I don't agree with psi about it being telekinesis. with the ouija board. It worked for me sometimes...not all the time...and I'm not telekinetic(SP???). Glad to see you on this site. We need all the questions we can get. Every time someone sends a question..I learn a lot from the answers. Thanks.

Makes you wonder if she's moving the glass doesn't it? For that matter, it makes you wonder what really threw the stone and why they didn't aim a bit higher.

they have ghosts on that show? I thought they just had some screaming sissies which they showed in green-o-vision to make it seem more intense.
