with the city. I did not know sooooo many black folk lived in Amsterdam. And just lived throughout Europe as well. I know its bad buy my eyes were truly opened.

I can't find anything on the exact percentages of black people (I assume you're talking about people of sub-Saharan African descent), but I can tell you that 34% of the residents are non-European immigrants.

Of these, a lot are from Turkey, Indonesia, Morocco, and Suriname. A large percentage, if not a majority, of the black people living in Amsterdam have roots in Suriname.

The Dutch were a colonial power so they ended up with a multicultural home country.
