Can you add helio ocean to a family plan provided sprint?

i was planning on getting this but found out it has its own service network so can someone tell me if you have to replace the sim card or can you just add it to the plan and cancel the other service? no spamming.

YOU CAN NOT USE HELIO ON ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER!! Helio does not use a Sim card. It is proprietary and not used by any other service, Keeps them making money for a phone that people really want.

You will have to find some other device besides Helio, too bad...
