College daughter has moved back home and we love to watch funny movies together. What are some of the funniest (rentable) movies that you have seen in the last 5-10 years? Not slapstick, not childish, not animated.
Oh yeah I should say we do NOT watch "R" rated movies.
Two of my favorites are "Bandits" and "Unconditional Love" if you haven't seen those they are Hilarious!!

I like movies by Trent Harris. If you can find it, watch Rubin and Ed. It was filmed here in Utah many years ago. I would call it quirky, and it is clean.

Fun with Dick and Jane ; Planes,Trains and Automobiles; What About Bob; Bruce Almighty; My Big Fat Greek Wedding; Mrs. Doubtfire; The Money Pit; Monster In Law; Beethoven and The Incredibles..which is animated but you will like it anyway. These are movies that I would not mind if a child watched. I would have to add to the list for older children or adults.
When you get a chance watch the new ''Hairspray'' movie. Everyone in the theater loved it...I don't know if it is out yet.

My grandaughter and I watched a hilarious movie last weekend called "The Ringer" starring Johnny Knoxville. At first I was reluctant to watch it because I had never heard of this actor and so I was on the computer while she watched it. Well I kept looking at it and finally had to sit down. It was really funny. I don't want to give it away but you'll like it ,I'm sure.
