I would have my lawyer pick up the money for me and not tell a single person that I won....I wouldn't want people to change with the way they treated me....

i would quietly donate a 1/4 of the money to charity and the rest i would have dealt with by a lawyer as i don't want to get crazy people or my distant relatives hitting me up for large sums of cash i have no intention of giving them, i also wouldn't want the general public to know as this could lead to kidnap and extortion, the risk with a win this large is that it attracts all sorts of unwanted attention from all the wrong sorts of people, my privacy, personal safety of myself and my very close family (my parents) would be of the utmost importance for me to protect.so no shouting from the roof tops no matter how much i might be tempted to do so.

I would pay every bill I or almost anyone in my family owes and tell all of them to kiss my a$$. I would buy a new car immediately. I would take care of the minor repairs needed in my home and probably do a bit of remodeling. Go shopping and enjoy life for a change. Oh and plan a vacay immediately after buying the car.

I would get out of debt, buy everything I ever wanted, make sure my kids went to the best college, and then I would invest the rest. I would keep working though at least part time or I'd get bored.

If you think you can keep it secret, you`re wrong. the lotto commission uses you for advertising. I would create a charity that would distribute the interest to those who need help, and I would make the members of my family the distributors at excellent salaries.

first i would buy a nice house
get a nice car
then redo my whole wardrobe with a shopping spree of like $50 grand
and put the rest in a bank so it can grow

of course if i can, i would keep it a secret...dont want every joe and jane knocking at my door for a handouts! but really the first thing in my mind would be to build my house-of-dreams, then twice a year i would take a vacation to places i've never been...please, please God, make it come true!
