At the xmas party my boss made a move on me, its was akward we were both drunk and I guess I was been a bit of a lush, but why would he think it would be a good move to make??!!

alcoho will make you say and do things you would not usuallydo in public and in broad daylight. you were looking good maybe flirting and having a good time and he took the oppertunity to make a move without considering that he is your boss its not his fault for liking a girl and making a move on her. I see it would be wrong only if he used his position to try and get in your pants. hopefully yall are grown up enough not to let this interfere the work place.

i dont understand why people dont get through this in their head..work events are not to get wasted and make a full of yourselves. you were drunk and boss thought, if she can drink and act a fool why not take advantage. doesnt look good on neither of your parts. if he apologizes, accept it and move on. next time, limit your alcohol intake at work functions...go out after and get trashed but not during a holiday party. geez

He's had the hots for you for some time - you have given him signals that he could flirt with you or he wouldn't be pursuing you (come on, you know that's true - women make it *very* clear they do or do NOT want attention from men) - then he figured add some booze to loosen you up and he could make his first move.
