there lots of websites out there with tutorials for photoshop and other graphic software. some of my favourites are:

and through those websites, you can find even more websites with tutorials.

There are tons of tutorials online. Just google photoshop tutorials or photoshop tuts and you should find a bunch to choose from.

HP has free classes on-line that cover Adobe Photoshop. They present material, give out assignments, have a live instructor that answers written questions and grades the homework, and has a board where class members and the instructor can chat about the assignments.
