I am not completely sure that all Muslims hate the west. That would be like saying all Christians hate Muslims, Buddhists and Hindus, so they should live in "western countries".
Given that Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world it is going to be difficult to say what a Muslim country is.
Example............France is going to be a Muslim state by 2009 if Islam continues to grow at the same rate there. Does this mean that Muslims can then move there and other religions should get out?

Soon the clash of Muslim vs West will come to the attention of everyone in a big way. Some of these people still kill their female family members for not covering their heads and for joining in the western culture. That will not be permitted here. There is a case now in the U.S. under investigation of a man killing his daughter for this. I heard it also happens frequently in Holland. That is crossing the line of religious freedom.

1.they are hypocrites
2.The teaching of the qu'ran is to convert the globe to islam.
