my sister's moving to Washington and she wants clothes to keep her warm...do u have any suggestions...if this helps she's 21...nothing higher than $30.00

i call her pooh like winnie the pooh if that helps maybe anything that has pooh on it

a nice warm jacket or boots
a cute beanie

Try nice cable knit sweaters you can pair them up with skinny jeans and uggs, or nice colored vneck or cowl neck sweaters with a nice pair of boot cut jeans and a stiletto boot, also a nice colored hoodie with a plain white tee underneath some nice jeans and sneakers....layers look cute try forever 21 they have nice sweaters just right for her budget.

shes too old for pooh... let it go....
