That document should never have seen the light of day. It was flawed from it's inception.
Once you approve a bill of that nature,the devil plays his fiddle to the detriment of all of us.

that would truly be a wonderful thing. but don't hold your breath. A VAT tax would probably do more good to help even out the trade issues we face.
