Hey, it's Drew from Zillow.
I apologize about the issue of your home appearing in the wrong spot on the map. We have three sources of geo-points, which determine where a home shows up on the map. For the details about each of our sources and their accuracy, please take a look at this post on the Zillow Blog - http://www.zillowblog.com/of-points-and-parcels/2006/12

If you post a Make Me Move (or For Sale price) on your home, you'll be given the option to edit the home's location on the map. Don't worry, you can remove the MMM or for sale price anytime. In the future, we hope to enable anyone who has claimed a home on Zillow to move their home, but the site doesn't have that capability yet.

Regarding Zillow customer service, if you have a question in the future, please post it in the "Using Zillow" section of Zillow Discussions - http://www.zillow.com/forum/site/ViewCategory.htm?tcid=10

Zillow is a joke, IMHO. They can't even accurately report sales data properly. They listed the sales price of a home I sold last year at more than $25,000 more than the actual sales price. And their "Zestimate" was $15,000 higher than that barely a mont after the sale! I only wish!

And their "Make Me Sell" link is nothing more than a front for brokers to get your contact information. When I listed my current home there, the phone was ringing in less than half an hour!

Zillow is very inaccurate because it gets it's values mostly from zip codes.

That is why banks don't use them.

In most markets, there are pockets everywhere, where one street can make the difference of tens of thousands of dollars.

Not surprising. Zillow is notoriously inaccurate. Good luck in contacting someone who can assist. They don't go out of their way to make their contact numbers available either.

Zillow is a unofficial data base. Don't worry about it.

And if they can't get the house right, how much confidence should you have in the rest of their information?
