i have a DS light.it is awesome. do you mean brain training or more brain training? if you meen the first one it is good.
it gets boring after a while but it only takes up about 20 minutes of youre day.
don't get one on ebay because they can be secondhand without you knowing
get a ds light coz it is lighter,(in weight) the touch screen is more sensitive and the screen is 40% brighter.

Yes you can buy them on eBay and Brain Training, Big Brain Academy, and Brain Age look really stupid but that's probably just because I don't like educational games but I don't know.
I would not suggest getting a Nintendo DS Lite. The screen may be "40% brighter" but the Nintendo DS does not need a brighter screen. It's fine the way it is. Get the original DS if you can find one.
