there are so many things that are different.
my class just recently had to write a paper on this so i hope what i am about to say will help u out.
1. aunt alexandra isnt mentioned in the movie.
2. jem and scout never got there b.b. gun
3. you never see scout's teacher in the movie
4. in the movie you never meet Mr. Dolphus Raymond.
5. in the movie you never see or hear mentioned that the judge's house was almost broken into.
6. in the movie atticus isnt threatened by mr. ewell until later
7. in the movie you never meet jem and scout's cousin and their uncle. also you dont see the family house that aunt alexandra lives in
8. in the movie you never see Calpurnia freak out because the kids havent been home all day. (the scene where she runs into the courthouse) this means that you never see Calpurnia make sure tht they eat their dinner very slow.
9. mr. radley fills the hole in the tree right before jem and scout's eyes.
10. jem and scout never go to that old lady's house to read to her all the time.
11. you never hear or see ms. maudie's house on fire

there are so many other things but i hope that this gives you a basic outline of some of the things that are different.
