I make a Dutch pastry called an Almond letter. A real pain to make, but everyone enjoys them!

Sounds good. My wife makes fudge and cookies , I can make the peanut brittle.

I always bake a special cheescake that has my secret ingredient- love! jk actually it's a no-bake cheescake. happy hoildays
