I want to change my password and account e-mail address/email... I made an account with Play NC and I went to Use a Serial Code... but what serial code? Where do I find it? Is it the same as an access key? Please help!

They mean access key. PlayNC acquired Guild Wars after GW was already using the term 'access key.' They couldn't change the term because of old users, but they can use it that way on their website.
