The Third Trimester
(Week 27 - 40)
Twenty-four Weeks: Seen here at six months, the unborn child is covered with a fine, downy hair called lanugo and a waxy substance called vernix. The fetus still has much growing to do, but some babies could survive if born this early.
More about the Third Trimester
You can see the fetus move from the outside.
Your navel pushes out.
You begin to get backaches.
You begin to walk differently to accommodate the weight of the fetus.
You experience painless "practice" contractions.
You have shortness of breath.
Finally, labor and delivery
a pregnancy massage would help just be careful
or a warm bath with relaxing soaps
you could have your husband or partner what ever he is to you give you the massage or a massage therapist

You really shouldn't be feeling too much pain due to pregnancy that early on. Did you pull your back muscles somehow? Maybe slept on it oddly last night? It could also be from dehydration, you should be getting about 80 ounces of water a day now.
I am 23 weeks along and have just now started to experience slight discomfort in my back. That is only when I've been on my feet for longer periods of time though.

You should not have back aches at 8 weeks. Go to the doctor and find out the source of these aches... Hope everything is okay. You usually start having back pain when your belly grows out and you cant see your feet anymore!

Everyone is different. Exercise is the best thing for it. You've got supercharged pregnancy hormones raging through your body, preparin all partso of your body for delivery.
Just wait until the round ligament pains hit (down low in your pelvic bones, on each side of your hip). Those jokers HURT!

Are you sure you didn't hurt yourself never heard and I never had back pain at 8 weeks, but now if you said that you were like 7 months and up back pain would be understandable. See you OB.
