i have a toshiba a10-s177.when i turn it on,after the green light the red light twinkle,and then it turne off?

sounds like a battery problem,try using your external power source,if that doesn't solve your problem call toshiba for advice and solutions

Send it to a Toshiba manufacterur. Your hard drive is probably locked.
