Since the only result here would be for a democrat or against a republican, I can only assume that the questioner here is a hardcore totalitarian socialist democrat like the real Darth Vader and Joesph Stalin was, seeking to keep the population under the boot of the state, forcing citizens to do what the state wants when the state wants.
If I were going to vote tomorrow for anyone for President, I'd vote for Lyndon LaRouche.

Straight Republican.
Any GOP candidate for president will be better than the Democrats.
As for the state elections, I am working on the campaign for my state senator. I live in a conservative district and my state rep is a conservative. He gets my vote. We do not have a governor's race next year, so that is out. As for Congress, we have a communist Move On liberal who needs to go. I also know his opponent, who is in the GOP.

I would vote for whoever seems to be the best candidate. If in a primary they would all be in the same party. In a general election they could be from any party. I rarely vote a straight ticket in general elections.
